Publication ethics

Editorial board adheres to the norms of the Russian legislation, ethical rules and international standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We will not take into consideration the materials and data, which may be stolen or acquired by other illicit means. For the publication can be admitted the papers that contain original ideas and previously unpublished materials. The author guarantees that his article (or a modified version) is not under consideration in other editions that must be fixed in the declaration and submission form. Editorial ethics provides a fair and objective process of peer review that is independent of commercial interests and conjuncture. Editorial board ensures the author that editors or reviewers will not use the unpublished materials for their own purposes. In order to prevent the potential conflicts, authors should to report on the funding sources for research (see the declaration and submission form). We urge the authors to comply with scientific ethics, and hold a correct and constructive position, if a criticism of colleagues is essential. Editorial board focuses on the scientific value of research, clarity of presentation, and the requirements of scientific ethics at the time of considering of proceedings. Editorial staff ensures that no discrimination on any grounds at the time of the process of proceeding’s receiving.
